RYE COCKTAIL: Trinidad Sour

"All This and So Much More" - was a collaboration with musician, poet, and songwriter Tasha. This classic Trinidad Sour is as refreshing as it is romantic and bold, a perfect compliment to Tasha's tender love ballads. Its deep red color comes from the three-quarter ounce of the highly aromatic Angostura bitters. The spiciness of the Judson & Moore Rye blends well into this and is balanced by the lemon juice and orgeat to make this an addictive sip. 

1.5 oz Judson & Moore Rye Whiskey
.75 oz Angostura bitters
1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 oz orgeat
Garnish: lemon peel

Add the Angostura bitters, rye whiskey, lemon juice and orgeat into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. 

Double-strain into a chilled glass and

arnish with a lemon twist.
